The space
The room is clean, cozy and comfortable. It includes exclusive use of an attached bathroom. Furnishings include a comfortable king-sized bed, side tables, two sofas and a chair. A coffee table can be raised to act as a workstation. Separate climate controls for your comfort. A microwave, toaster and refrigerator are in the room for your exclusive use. No TV.
The room has its own exterior, second floor private entrance. The approach is well-lit at night (motion detectors). A single interior door connects the room to the rest of the house, but will remain locked for the duration of your stay.
We have off-street parking for one guest car.

Guests have access to the room plus an attached bathroom.
Interaction with guests
We are generally available to answer questions and to be helpful. We are unlikely to be available for socializing due to our busy lives.
Other things to note
Our only personal belongings stored in the room are the contents of one bookshelf tucked in a corner plus two locked owner's closets. We keep the interior door to the room locked from the owner's side (double cylinder lock).
