  • The home is located in Milton Ma , 5 minutes from Boston , close to all major Highways 93 /95 and public transit. The home has off street parking and is a duplex. The home has more than ample sleeping accommodations and has four bedrooms to accommodate travelers. I would consider pets if they are trained . The kitchen and bathroom have been recently been remodeled and the home is a comfortable retreat after visiting Boston for the day.. The house can accommodate 8 guests . 1 king , 1 full, 3 queen . Perfect for holidays and Marathon . The home is located within walking distance or bus to Central Ave transit station which takes you to Ashmont Station and the red line to downtown Boston. The home is 5 minutes to Blue Hills for recreational fun , walking , hiking and nighttime skiing in the winter. The Home has mini-splits for hotter months central ac/ extra heat source in winter.
    The property is close to Curry College , Milton Academy and Blue Hills .

I have been booking with VRBO for several years. For a week of doing everything Boston, you will not find a better place. Clean, close to everything, but far enough away, and a host, Steve, who was always available and so helpful when needed. If I return to Boston, this is my place.

Cozy stay in Milton

Small cozy duplex. We were staying for a short weekend to visit friends that live near Boston. Everything we needed to prepare meals were there, from pots and pans to an air fryer. It was just what we needed. Would stay again.

Nice stay

Easy check in/check out, the owner communicated well, property is nicely maintained. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room. It felt like a safe and family friendly neighborhood. Took us about 25 minutes to get into Boston with traffic.

This is a charming home in a quiet location, and very true to the descriptions in the listing. We were a family of 8, and this was an excellent home base for to attend Harvard Law school graduation ceremonies for our daughter, a short drive to Boston and Cambridge, but located perfectly to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The home has multiple bedrooms with many comfortable beds allowing for flexible sleeping options for either a small or large group. The house was very clean, everything in good working order, and check-in and check-out were about as easy as you can find in a vacation rental. Steven was a wonderful host and very responsive during the process which made this a very easy and pleasant stay. We are long time VRBO renters and this was lovely short stay at a nice home with a great host!

Weekend getaway

Had such a great time last weekend. Host is accommodating and quick to respond with questions and concerns. The house is in a great neighborhood near a playground which my daughter enjoyed. Fully stocked kitchen which saved us so much money instead of going out to eat.

Very nice place

Very clean and nice, we were here for the super hot muggy days and the house was perfectly cool and thankful for theyre AC 😅. Communication was fantastic. We had an unexpected hospital visit while here and they were very helpful. We would most definitely would recommend staying here. The town was super nice and it was also really nice to be able to stay outside the city away from choas.

Don’t hesitate, awesome !

We loved staying here, so convenient to Boston sites and cape cod, MBTA right down the street. May be small but we had 5 adults, 3 yr old and 1 year old, worked great! A beautiful, safe neighborhood, with true New England charm😀. The porch, patio and yard with kid’s equipment was a real bonus! Yes the stairs are narrow and steep, but so are most homes in New England! The owner truly cares, and is delightful! We were there for a week and it was perfect!

Owner was responsive and helpful. Easy check-in process. Property was clean and conveniently located close to our house for family to stay for our daughter’s wedding. Only drawback was that steps to 2nd Fl bedrooms were steep for my in-laws. Would highly recommend.

Great spot for a big family!

This was a great stay for our family of 6 to spread out and access Boston easily, from the super safe and cozy town of Milton! Lots to do and see. Laundry facilities were great to have to clean up the sports equipment too!

This is probably the best-stocked kitchen we've experienced in a short-term rental: the inventory of pots and pans and appliances (even a slow cooker) was excellent, and we're partial to gas stoves. It's quite a lot of room, and everything is nicely updated. Be aware that the stairs are quite steep; my mother had trouble climbing them, but the living room couch was extremely comfy and she slept very well down there.
