We loved the location. The first night we were there, they had live music out on the outdoor patio, which was amazing. The pizza was also delicious!! It was within walking distance of The Boston Common, which is the beginning of The Freedom Trail, so that was really nice.

Hotel AKA Back Bay was one of my favorite hotel stays. Every staff member was genuinely friendly, the property was exceptionally clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I never once wished I were sleeping in my own!

Very clean - rooms cleaned daily if requested. and staff friendly and helpful about local sites and how to get there. Very central for all main tourist attractions. On site restaurant available for breakfast and also evening meals but closed Sunday and Monday nights. However bar meals available instead which were very tasty.

The facility was spotless, very clean, staff were helpful and friendly…some even went out of the way to get us a personal microwave for our room! They had a happy hour with deee wine in the lobby. This was a welcome service that we didn’t know about, especially for our girls trip. The rooms were clean and spacious for what we needed. The location was perfect in back bay close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
