This room was perfect for a couple of us girls attending our class reunion. It was clean and easy-going. By far, not a luxury stay but very adequate and the staff was efficient and kind.

Room and washroom was clean, wifi was reliable. Breakfast was basic but satisfying and plentiful, staff made sure it never ran out and remained fresh. Lots of restaurants and stores around the hotel, just the traffic to get to them is a bit complicated. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay a d will return next year!

Would definitely go back everyone was super nice! And extremely helpful. beds were extremely comfortable and rooms hella spacious. Somethings seemed alittle patched up but it really didn’t take away from everything else very conviently on the high way and super easy to get to downtown Boston or Salem with so many restaurants and stores all around highly recommend!

From the friendly staff upon entry to the lovely breakfast offered, this was a stellar HIE. While our room lacked a microwave, there was a nice sized mini fridge. Towels were fresh and appeared to be new; and the liquid Dove bathroom products were lovely. We were there during the recent nor’easter and found it comfortable and extremely clean. Good job, Saugus staff!

My stay was great! Bathroom needed a little more attention with cleaning around the tub overflow. The room was tidied everyday, breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near a highway so any need to turn around was far away.
