We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and the rooms have always been clean and the staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend this place and will always use it when we are near Boston.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The free buffet breakfast was really good. They had 3 different waffle batters, all the toppings for oatmeal you could want, omelets, sausages, home fries, a great variety of breakfast breads, and fruit. The dining room is large, with a tall ceiling, and nicely decorated. The room (2 double beds, on the 7th floor) was clean, decorated in a classic style, and had a marble bath countertop. It had a frig, microwave, and very comfortable beds. All in all, we really liked this hotel.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The restroom in the lobby was super clean. The breakfast was very good, with different proteins every day. There is a restaurant and bar onsite. Lots of stores and restaurants close by, plenty of parking space, and very convenient. Would stay here again on our next visit.

The location for getting into Boston for The Head of the Charles was good. The hotel is Very old and dated. It definitely needs a full makeover. Beds are old, hallways smell, windows are very dirty/ fogged over and need to be replaced. Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn. I know it was a busy weekend and hard for staff to keep up. They did the best job with what they had.

Staff were friendly and very efficient. Greeted us entering and exiting each day. Breakfast was a nice variety and the restaurant next door had a friendly bar area for the evening. Room air conditioner was not working, but the staff quickly relocated us a few doors down.
