Wonderful little Inn
Wish the room rate wasn’t so high…
Internet was out my entire stay but the staff were very accommodating with directions & hot spot. No TV which was a bummer but def recommend this place. Fun little breakfast nook with great coffee & bagels.
My adult daughter and I stayed here because it was close to Fenway and we had tickets to a game. We had a great time, we walked to the game and back, the neighborhood was lovely and the Inn was very nice. We had everything we needed in our room for a peaceful night. The breakfast was satisfactory and it was nice talking to the other guests. We would stay here again
It’s a lovely and charming place, amenities are good, the place is clean. Depending on personal preferences, the location is a somewhat distant from Boston, if using public transportation. However when eating out or accesible grocery stores/convenience store are necessary these are conveniently located.
Bed and breakfasts should be quirky, and this one is. The common areas are lovely, and the kitchenette had enough to help us through a Traider Joe's dinner. The location has plenty of food to walk to, from stores to restaurants. The rooms are all lovely. Some have en suites, some do not.
We had an amazing stay! The check-in and check-out process was easy, the hosts were responsive to our questions, the inn itself was super clean and charming, and the room was comfortable all around. We stayed in the Rose Room, which is right next to the kitchen. Maybe we are light sleepers, but we did wake up each morning around 7am partly due to hearing the outside kitchen commotion and other guests moving about; for us this wasn't necessarily a bad thing since we planned to be up early, just something to keep in mind. Similarly, we happened to arise at a similar time to other guests, so there would sometimes be a short wait to use the shared bathroom. Shared amenities are clearly explained when you book this room, so this was not unexpected; just FYI for other travelers. The breakfast each morning was very nice (I especially thought the coffee was really good). Overall, my fiancé and I would 1000% book this inn again (and we plan to in the future)! Thank you!
I loved my stay at Coolidge Corner Guest House. Lovely cozy room, cleaned every day, convenient access to laundry, friendly staff, convenient location, and wonderful breakfast in a charming dining room.
Loved it; It was very clean, quiet, had AC, and was quite walkable. It had the coziest atmosphere.

This is an okay budget option. I was thinking charming vintage aesthetic. I love a good, creaky Victorian! But it is more dingy thrift store aesthetic. Bad 80s decor applied to a Victorian and narrow spaces. I could hear strangers’ every word and breathing at night in adjoining rooms (through locked connecting doors).

Nice stay
A very nice stay in a more traditional Victorian House. Bed was very comfortable but room was small and a bit noisy.
I loved the quaint friendly home feeling of this Boston bed and breakfast. Enjoyed the breakfast area where guests sat together at the table sharing stories. Met some lovely people there. Thank you so much.
It was very quiet place, the staff was very friendly, they let us store the luggage in the room before noon, the Green line was in walking distance, The St. Paul stop was only 2 blocks away!!!
Room was clean and bright. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Room furnishings done in appealing and comfortable manner. Breakfast adequate and opportunity to sit around a diningroom table with other guests was a plus. Enjoyed the visiting over breakfast. Staff friendly. Could walk 5-10 minutes to catch the T to Boston. Very conveniently located.

Nice quiet stay
Quiet, Clean room, tv wasn’t connected and needed to be fixed to cable. Hard to reach anyone but great service once we talked to someone. Grateful Housekeeping helped my daughter move her luggage out.
Our stay here was very nice. We met some nice guests. We were sorry not to meet the hosts, though. The on-site managers were nice. Continental breakfast was very sufficient. Location is close to public transit and there are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the area.
It was comfortable and very conveniently located. It was clean and quiet. The room was warm, and unclear how to cool it, but everything worked and was clean.
