Location 10/10, nothing to complain whatsoever about that, in this economy with this much amenities in the room this was great.
Cleanliness 8/10. Only deducted because this is just personal thing nothing they did wrong - I'm allergic to colorants in cleaners and if you are like me and are sensitive to colorants in cleaners (red 40, yellow 5, etc) the bedsheets will suffocate you for sure. I had to go get my own towels, sheets and pillows from tj maxx before being able to sleep. But that also means the sheets always get washed every time I guess so it's a good thing.
Quietness 4/10 - the place is definitely "one house divided into multiple units" kind of a situation (idk how that works with bld codes but) so you WILL hear people talking and movements. But then again this is more of a "rest your head and get out" kind of a place not a resort-cation place, which works out.
Accessibility accommodation 0/10 as in if you have a hard time walking up the stairs please dont book this place, it has narrow winding stairs and the brick steps in front is definitely not the smoothest path to stroll through. This was expected and it is not a complain - just happen to run into a neighbor staying and she was just on and on complaining about it so just wanted to leave it here that, yeah, it's an expected feature here.
