"Property looks great and beach is very nice. Staff mostly very good like front desk beach staff. Restaurants have mix of some very good servants and some need more training. Overall most of the staff could speak better english for better comprehension. There many visitors from US. Food quality mostly delicious but manu limited (short) for some reason. "Smartest stay we ever booked. Everything about the Villa Alana was better than expected. Clean, functional, luxurious, plenty of space, pool and outdoor area excellent. "Everything was just perfect! Communication from the very beginning with Ingrid was informative and reply’s were quick. On arrival Ingrid had a taxi waiting to take us to the Villa where Ingrid and Olivier were waiting to greet us. "Married couple own the lodge. They are both very nice and helpful. They have four dogs. One dog bark's a lot. Bora Bora has lots of hungry stray homeless dogs. Perhaps they provided a home to some. Also, there are other houses next to the Lodge. People make noise. Need ear plugs. You need a car or scooter for transportation.
