"The staff were very good and friendly. The property is older hence 4 stars but the room was very spacious and the huge deck with the heart shaped tub was enjoyable. Great spot if you want to relax and read a book. Was able to snorkle right off the front door but not a lot of fish to see. Spa treatment was reasonable and nice. "

"The Kirana Tembok is situated on a very nice spot at the beach. We (2 pax) stayed 7 nights at the very large family house (payed upfrade) which is very nice. The resort has a very nice garden. Kitchen is adequate but not very special. Pool is superb. We need to mention that on the fourth night we had a problem with little biting insects in our bed. Not nice at all (lot of bites) and we moved to another bedroom in the middle of the night. Told the staff next morning and they reacted efficiently...

The infinity pool overlooking the treetops feels like floating above the world, and the cooler mountain air is a welcome break from the coastal heat. "My wife and I and my wife's sister stayed in one of the 2-BR villas at Dusun Bedugul Asri in September 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay there. We went to the area because we wanted to see the Bali Botanical Garden, which is nearby. It was a bit too far to walk, but the hotel quickly arranged a good driver for us. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. It's actually like a miniature botanical garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent."
