"This was the most wonderful place to stay. Both the location and the amenities. The view of the ocean was amazing and even get to see sunrise and sunset given the location the peninsula. "This is a unique experience in a changing place. Good for solo travelers or a single couple, this is a compact but comfortable property literally on the water. There are some caveats to staying here such as no TV, no wifi, and a ladder to get up to the bed. As long as you understand these things (which the hosts do an excellent job outlining before you come) you will enjoy your stay in the boathouse! Don't forget to take in the beautiful Fox Island trail (you simply walk from the boathouse to start)!"

"Very nice and very clean we got an easy access and owners provided some goodies to enjoy after our 4 hours drive fr St Johns and location is very accessible downtown Bonavista I highly recommend this place and stay at least 2 days or more to see all historical sites thanks"

"What an ADORABLE house! view of water and beautiful sunsets. Perfect for a family of 4 (young adult kids) - to hang out, cook and flop to watch movies. A clean house tastefully finished and decorated as well as quality linens, comfortable beds and pillows. The property is close to a lot of tourist attractions, and local shops. We miss it already! We encountered a snag at the house, but host quickly arranged someone to pop by to address the issue same day.During our stay, the town was under a boil advisory which we were not aware of ahead of time - had to by jugs of water the next day. Just check before arriving. DEFFINATELY would visit again! We ALL loved our vacation in Bonavista, and felt sad to leave "our" cute red house."

Bonavista and Elliston 10 mins away,Trinity is just 20 minutes away! Great Spot!
