« Quiet, clean, comfortable and private home with all modern amenities including laundry. Beautiful views of the cove, safe walking through the field to get to the beach, fresh blueberries and raspberries to pick each morning. A few trails to walk around and explore. Friendly neighbors/locals to meet and converse with. Made our way to Bonavista and Trinity during the days for sightseeing and hiking but we're happy to return to this retreat. »

« This cottage had a lot of character. It is a salt box house that the owner is updating. It looks onto the ocean, a starkly beautiful corner of Newfoundland. The steps inside present barriers for individuals with accessibility issues. There is a high stair leading from the kitchen to the bathroom and living room level. The largest bed is on the second floor up a set of narrow stairs and with a low railing. If you get up during the night to use the washroom, the stairs would be tricky...
