Bonavista Vacation Packages

The room was a standard room with 2 double beds. Very disappointed that the room was smaller than the standard room with 2 double beds from other hotels. The furnishings were old and rundown. The springs in the arm chair were completely gone. The mattress snagged in the middle, totally uncomfortable to sleep in. Carpet looked dirty, like the hallways. If the hotel advertised that it was recently renovated, they must have forgotten to renovate Room 122. Maybe the Steele Corporation can do a better job.

The property is very dated. I was there with two women who would not walk on the floor without something on their feet. Sheets and bathroom were clean. We were sequestered to an outbuilding where we had to go outside to access breakfast. Not sure how that would be in the winter. We were planning a nice meal for Sunday night but when the ladies saw the ambience of the hotel dining room while we were at breakfast we decided to go elsewhere. Mystic at Sinbad’s was amazing. Will probably stay at Sinbad’s mext time. The food at breakfast for both mornings was OK but minimal choices. I was surprised based on ratings I had read. Improvements needed!!

Beds were dirty, full of sand. Someone left used tissue paper in the sheets.
