Woodhaven Retreat is a beautiful, modern rustic cabin in a private community with paved roads, abounding nature, and beautiful sunsets, all surrounded by the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains. With an open floor plan and plenty of windows for natural lighting, there’s a lovely view wherever you look. The cabin’s interior feels cozy yet spacious, furnished with the modern amenities and decorated to feel warm and inviting.   
  
For entertaining, the entire cabin is furnished with ample comfortable seating and many activities to keep you busy during your stay, including shuffleboard, a dart board, a wide variety of board games and puzzles, five smart televisions, two indoor gas fireplaces, an outdoor wood burning fireplace, a gas grill, and a fire pit.   
  
Both stories offer a covered deck (the lower level deck is also screened) where you can sit and enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunningly beautiful scenery. Soak in nature from the comfort of several seating areas.   
  
When you’re ready to wind down for the night, the cabin’s 3 bedrooms are expertly decorated and furnished with luxurious amenities to make it a perfect place for resting after a day of exciting adventures in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The natural surroundings offer majestic areas and sights. However, you might encounter a few bugs happily playing on the deck and around the cabin. Don't be alarmed, as this is a standard occurrence in the Blue Ridge Mountains.  
  
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★  
Although we love animals, the cabin is not suited to accommodate pets, and we would kindly ask you not to bring your furry friends with you.  
  
★ HOUSE RULES ★  
We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own. You will be charged for any damaged items. Thank you very much for your understanding.  
  
All guests must be 25+ (children with parents/guardians allowed).   
  
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests; if you bring more guests than reflected on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without refund.   
  
 No parties or events. Quiet hours are to be observed from 11 pm to 7 am.   
  
We observe a good neighbor policy. Please treat the property with the same care and respect you would with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was when you arrived.  
  
To prevent theft and/or damage to furnishings or your personal property, please close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the property and upon check-out.   
  
Moving furniture or decor is prohibited.  
  
Clean all food and drink spills immediately. Be aware that food and drink spills on carpet, rugs, and furnishings may result in damage to the property and thus incur a repair or replacement fee.   
  
No pets; if you bring a pet of any kind, you will be asked to leave without refund and charged an additional $100 cleaning fee.   
  
The hot tub is for adult guests only; children are not allowed in the hot tub unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Use at your own risk.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this cabin near Blue Ridge. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt warm and cozy the moment we arrived—perfect for the holidays. The location was ideal: private and peaceful, yet close enough to downtown Blue Ridge, hiking, and great restaurants. The views were beautiful, and the cabin had everything our family needed for a relaxing and memorable Christmas. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mountain getaway.

This was a BEAUTIFUL CABIN!! Everthing in the home was extremely clean, the couch was so comfortable in the living room, the kitchen had everthing we could need for cooking! The outside deck was a perfect place for my family and I to relax, bbq, have a few drinks and sit by the fire and warch football on the outside T.V. Thank you for an amazing getaway!

This cabin was the most beautiful and well stocked property we have stayed in from the beach to the mountains. From the furniture to the well stocked kitchen and all the fun amenities. The beds were top notch! No detail was forgotten in this beautiful, tranquil property. The outside living spaces were fabulous and provided tons of extra space for the family to spread out and enjoy. Don’t forget to pick up some firewood at one of the convenient grocery stores for the outside fire pit and fireplace on the porch! We are ready to book for next year! Kelly, our host was very informative and extremely quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed a wonderful meal cooked on the gas grill and the kitchen had quality cookware, utensils and everything we needed to complete our meal. We had eight family members ranging from 17 months to teenagers, young adults and older adults. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy time together and if anyone needed a break they could find a place to unwind. You will not be disappointed in this rental and the attention from the host. Extremely convenient to downtown BlueRidge and all this beautiful town has to offer.

#### Family Fun in the Mountains

We had a wonderful, relaxing, and fun time. The cabin was so nice, very private, yet 5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Our favorite was the awesome porch where we spent most of our time. We went for a hike one day, visited and picked apples at Merciers orchard, and found some treasures in the downtown shops. We will definitely visit again.
