House, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6) This two-story cabin features vaulted ceilings, a cozy great room, and exceptional architecture. The property is NOT suitable for loud parties. The upstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed with a private deck. The ground level bedroom is sufficiently secluded from the upper level, creating an ideal environment for two couples/families. Both bedrooms have their own television. Pets are not allowed unless individually approved. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BRINGING MY DOG? Current rabies tag. Current flea medication such as Frontline, Advantage, etc. Totally comfortable in a strange environment by itself, or crated when alone. Non-barking, except briefly when excited (do NOT leave a barking dog alone). If aggressive at all, dog must be leashed at all times. Will not scratch/chew doors, floors, and furniture. Owner agrees to THOROUGHLY clean the dog after river swimming prior to entering cabin. Owner agrees to clean up all pet waste and be responsible for all damage. Owner agrees to pay a fee of $25 per night per pet, plus tax (longer term discounts may apply). Entire cabin and access to shared grounds. The property is secluded but close to downtown Blue Ridge (3 miles). The cabin shares 16 acres and a quarter mile of Toccoa River frontage, with swimming pool, trails, disc golf course. Plenty of parking on the concrete driveway. Three miles from town. \-The property is suitable for SOME pets but they must be individually approved, and a $25 per pet per day fee is required. \-FIREWOOD. 17 acres of downed and dead wood is provided. Feel free to bring your axe and saw and use caution. We can also provide the split and stacked kind for a fee. Here are a few options: 1\. Small stack of 20 pieces. You pick up: $15\. We maintain a centrally located spot on the property with stacks of firewood for easy access. We generally operate on the honor system, but we do monitor the area with cameras. Just let us know how many stacks you\`d like and we can direct you from there. 2\. Medium stack of 30 pieces. We deliver and set up with Firestarter, marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate for 14 guests: $60\. Let us know when you\`d like the fire laid, and provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. 3\. Large group fire options. We are wood fire connoisseurs who have had a wood stove fire nearly every night during Winter for the past 40 years. Greg was super helpful. The power went out due to a bad storm one evening and he came right over and hooked up a generator to allow us to keep the frig on and charge our phones. Wonderful place and very clean., the only thing with small kids is the master is on the second floor and the other two beds are pretty far away on the first floor. So we ended up sleeping with the kids in the same room. There are 3 queen beds, but only two rooms so be sure to catch that if you need 3 rooms. Not really a view anywhere, but we loved that it was near the river and you could walk around a little “neighborhood”. We will def rent from this property again, but try to get one of the houses with a view. ##### Sarah T. The property was clean and everything was found to be as listed in the description. The hot tub was wonderful and the host even provided extra towels for it’s use. There are a lot of areas to fish from on the bank of the Toccoa and even some wadeable spots at low flow times. The playground located not far from the property was great for my younger child and I wish we had better weather to enjoy the other amenities such as the community pool, horseshoe pits and disc golf course. Located just minutes from Blue Ridge while also giving an off-the-grid feeling is exactly what we were looking for. We would absolutely recommend this property, especially for trout enthusiasts!! ##### Logan H.
