The steep part is fully paved, the gravel road leading to it once you get off the main road is pretty flat. \- Depending on your cell phone provider, you may have spotty service in the area (unlikely) \- Wheelchair inaccessible due to stairs between levels and at entrance \- 12 human max \- 4 vehicle max - Additional vehicles may also try to park at the bottom of the hill/driveway, but the guest would have to leave the vehicle and walk up a steep driveway or get picked up by another car. Overflow parking is not available in this area. \- Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Enjoy the hot tub at your own risk \- No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge for each \- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control \- The indoor fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area due to Fannin County law \- Condiments, zip locks, charcoal and firewood are NOT provided \- No Pets. Everything inside and out was very clean and well kept. We had rain all four days, but the cabin offered a great setting to cozy up and watch an outdoor spooky movie by the fire, play games, and just hang out. We get away for a few days for fall break just our family and it was the perfect place to tuck away and spend some time together. The cabin had everything we need and we had so much fun downstairs playing games and pool! The hut tub was great. The views were absolutely beautiful. We went down to the little town nearby and enjoyed some shopping and lunch. We had the best time. The cabin was very clean! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. Top notch for large families. Steps may be a challenge for some folks.Even if they are a problem for some members of the family or friends, there is two bedrooms and a bath as you come into the unit no steps to deal with unless you go up to the main area. ##### david b. Close enough to neighboring towns to pick up last minute items and to do family exploring. The cabin was nicely stocked and equipped with enough tvs and space that everyone could venture off and do their own thing without being on top of each other. We had a large group including children under 8 and no one claimed they were bored. The cabin really is amazing. The driveway was intimidating at first but after a few trips it wasnt that bad anymore. Will definitely rebook when returning to tbis area. ##### Amy W. We had a couple of inches of snow fall, which added to the beauty. There’s nothing better than sitting in a hot tub with a Mountain View and the snow gently falling all around you. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and spent many hours in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the living room. We spent evenings playing pool in the game room. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. This place is also very close to the town of Blue Ridge and to all the hiking trails in the area which we took full advantage of.
