No Extra Management Fees Limelight Cottage is a quaint 1943 downtown Blue Ridge cottage! Located on a quiet street, one block from the Black Sheep restaurant, it’s only a short walk to downtown’s shops, bars, restaurants and more! Conveniently located to other areas in the North Georgia mountains like Aska, Lake Blue Ridge, Blairsville, and McCaysville. Only a short drive to the Tri-State area, Horseshoe Bend Park, Toccoa River, Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino, and many orchards and wineries. So many fun activities to walk to: Escape Blue Ridge, The Art Center, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, and much more! The home has been completely updated and renovated. Two master suites: a King bedroom with full bathroom (shower) and a Queen bedroom with full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Could potentially sleep additional kids in living area, if you bring your own air mattress or if someone wants to sleep on the sofa (not a pull out). Front porch offers a relaxing seating area to sit and talk while back patio has ample seating around the fire pit. Completely updated kitchen, including Keurig for coffee, so don't forget your pods! We really enjoyed being steps from downtown Blue Ridge and walking to local shops and restaurants. The communication with the owner, Tiffany, was very easy and helpful.
