You are nested in the woods enough to feel like you are away from it all, but super close to the downtown area. The hot tub was fantastic after a long day of hiking. We were sad to leave and will book this place again! We lost water for almost a full day, but it returned. The cabins around us also lost water so it was a community thing. The only suggestion I have is to get a different couch. It was super uncomfortable and uneven. If you are looking for a cabin, I would book this one! FYI - the road to the cabin is very steep! The upstairs master is beautiful and the bed is very comfy. The hot tub is very large and we enjoyed the porch swings very much. I liked the updates to the master bathroom. The cabin is decorated beautifully. The only down fall to the cabin is the futon couch is not very comfy for sitting in front of the fire or watching TV but it sleeps well. The little outside area was great and could be wonderful for you and a significant other or even if you had a couple extra people with you. The kitchen was fully stocked with items you would need for cooking. There was a selection of seasonings, which is sometimes what you forget to grab from the grocery store. The beds were super comfy and the outdoor swings add an amazing touch for outdoor relaxation and peace. I would highly recommend this place.
