"Overall, the room and property were clean and as expected for a typical two-bedroom—nothing flashy, but comfortable enough. A few issues stood out: • The $10 self-parking fee wasn’t disclosed until after we arrived. • The pool area was extremely over-chlorinated—strong enough to irritate the eyes even without getting in the water. • Shower water pressure was very low, making it difficult to rinse properly. • The blankets were too small for the bed, which made for an uncomfortable night. Breakfast was decent but poorly organized, with the layout creating a bottleneck—especially around the waffle station. Overall, improving the water pressure and providing appropriately sized blankets would go a long way toward a better stay."

"I booked a Suite with two queen beds and the sofa pull out. I have a big family and needed the extra bed. I check in and grab the keys with that in mind. Went back downstairs told them it wasn’t the room I reserved and paid for in Expedia. The front desk said you reserved it but it doesn’t mean you get what you reserved and that they booked all rooms available. So what was the point of the reservation? So they gave us a rolling bed. Luckily my kid didn’t complain and we brought our own bed set. And there is a lot of construction right outside the hotel. Not a pretty sight. Who knows how long that construction is going to be there. "

"Property seemed like it needed to be updated. Little things here and there would be broken. Also the beds were so stiff and hard. Very uncomfortable! The pool water was very murky too…it was a little concerning. "

"Calling for a shuttle from the airport took over an hour. The desk phone was either not picked up at all no matter which option I chose. Messages left were not returned in a timely fashion. There were no hangers available either in the closet or upon request. Interior and exterior spaces were littered with trash. The front entrance was broken (evidently for a few weeks) and unable to use. Required to enter in the back near trash bins and littered parking lot. Check-out time posted differently at front desk and in rooms. Discrepency let to misunderstanding at front desk. Tattered furniture. Soiled, rippled hallway carpets. Broken showerhead. Scratched, unpainted walls and doors and torn wallpaper. "
