« Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

« Very nice hotel. A bit noisy in the morning if you are waking up late but it's normal when you are in a service area. The staff were very friendly and the room was nice for the night. »

« Great hotel, they concentrate on what’s important, the room. It’s large, comfortable and clean. Only minor issue is the TV is old and has only the basic channels but hey if you are watching TV for any long period then you should probably stay at home rather than visit gorgeous Stratford. »

« On arrive dans un parc magnifique et on va ala réception et là surprise, on reçoit une clef et un cadenas! Mais voici, nous étions logé chacun dans une magnifique tente médiévale prévu pour 4 personnes, tout l’equipement digne d’une chambre d’hotel avec un petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix et bien copieux!
