The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. "Clean comfortable single room with well appointed bathroom and toilet en suite. Shower worked well.
Tea and coffee provided mug,kettle and glass for drinking.Towels and toiletries very good.
Ample parking well laid out with allocated room number on the car park space.
Cosy bed.
Safe area and Chinese next door convenient for takeaway. Reasonable prices.
Room needs a fan though, would advise anyone staying in summer to bring one as it's not great to leave windows open in Covemtry!

"We chose this hotel as it had a restaurant, however on arrival we were told that the restaurant was closed due to a function, but that the bar would be able to provide a meal. We passed the bar on the way to our room & were kindly given a menu to look at. After dropping our luggage we returned to the bar to eat, only to be told that the bar had stopped serving meals due to the function. After a long drive to reach the hotel, we then had to drive out again to find the nearest town to eat.
