Communication with the owner was friendly and prompt regarding our questions. Owner lives in the building and all renters were quiet and respectful. Washer and dryer are shared with all renters. Except for a local power outage, we had no trouble with the internet. The property is located on A1A which can be busy at times....

"Le checkin a été simple et rapide avec une personne agréable. L’hôtel est très sympathique en bord de plage avec la piscine directement au dessus de la plage. Le lever et le coucher de soleil y sont magnifiques. On avait pris une chambre basique sans vue mer. Mais néanmoins elle était parfaite. Tout est propre, refait visiblement récemment. La salle de bain est excellente compte tenu des standards habituels américains. Les lits aussi sont vraiment confortables. On a bien dormit. Le petit moins: le petit déjeuner offert se limite à un café, un mauvais jus d’orange (pardon, je préfère être honnête), des mini muffins et des yaourts. Ça ne sera pas assez si vous mangez le matin. Ca sera ma seule remarque car le reste est vraiment parfait pour un hôtel en bord de plage comme ça. Niveau localisation, c’est à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Daytona Beach. Facile d’accès. Et niveau prix en réservant suffisant à l’avance, le prix était très compétitif. Nous reviendrons ici sans aucune hésitation car cette endroit est excellent. "
