"This is our third time staying at the property. It’s under new ownership this time but the experience was just as good. We rented to stay in while at a family reunion in town. It’s perfect because it’s close to all the shops and the best coffee/donut store, Chesapeake Coffee, is right across the street! The communication with the rental service was excellent. We called to request an additional day and it was an extremely smooth process. Highly recommend this property."

"We loved the place! It’s adorable and well appointed with necessities. My only complaint (and the reason I gave four stars rather than five) is the bed. I would recommend the owners invest in an actual bed with a comfortable mattress. The sofa bed is not comfortable for sleeping. Otherwise it’s a great little place in a beautiful location, and the owners are very accommodating."

"The water views, sunrises, and many local birds, including a nearby osprey nest, were all spectacular. The whole back of the house is a bank of windows (living room and master bedroom). It feels private as your view is just your outdoor lounge area, dock, and the water. No big downsides (minorly need space for tooth brushes as the sinks are mostly the sink bowls). Everything was clean,and comfortable. In similar off the beaten path vrbo's we've had lower cleanliness or ants, but not here! ...
