"I will sum it briefly the shower knob was loose and was afraid of pulling to hard to break went to the front desk due to phone was missing buttons to call the front desk. Someone wa sent to my room and just stated pulling a little harder even though the whole entire assembly was about to come out the wall. It was said it's not supposed to be like that but just pull a little harder. No iron was in the room again went to the front desk and had to wait until they locate a iron from another room. I understand this side was the Hotel side vs the Resort side but that side should not be isolated. Both are under the same banner"

"They initially gave me the wrong room, as I had reserved a Superior King but was assigned a room with two double beds. Thankfully, the front desk staff was very friendly and quickly resolved the issue. The rooms are a bit dated, but overall, the property is very enjoyable. The buffet food is decent with a good selection. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the pool area is also very nice. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay despite the initial room mix-up."

"My primary concern pertained to the swimming pool. Its cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and I observed a chair in six feet two days. The next day it was out the swimming pool, then the following day it was in six feet again. Consequently, I opted not to use the pool, particularly given the absence of a chlorine scent, which raised questions about the water's sanitation.I would suggest the acquisition of an umbrella for the existing table, as well as an additional table and chair set. This is merely a recommendation for the community to consider for future procurement. My overall experience with the interior of the condo property was, however, excellent."

"We loved this house and having the beach entirely to ourselves. The pool was fantastic, as was the balcony overlooking the ocean. Our group of ten was very comfortable. The house is well-equipped. Plenty of dishes, towels, kitchen stuff….Leyland was very helpful answering questions and Kassi’s takeout down the road really hit the spot! Perfect house for lots of privacy and family time."

"These cottages in Pelican Point were absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We wanted to spend half of our time on Grand Bahama on the eastern part of the island and then spend the second half in Freeport. If you are a fan of unspoiled private beaches, then this is the place for you. We absolutely loved being the only people on the beach for miles. Husband is an avid fly fisherman, and his ability go out right the front door and fish the flats at low tide was heaven for him. Be prepared to stop at Solomon's in Freeport and pick up some groceries before heading to the cottage. But once you arrive, the cottage is set up to give you everything you need for a wonderful stay. Once in the area there is a restaurant practically right next door (Pelicans by the Sea) and then another restaurant in McLean's Town (EJ's) -- both are delicious. The cottages were well equipped and pristine upon arrival. We can't wait to come back!"
