Weekend Getaway
I took my family up to Vermont for the weekend and the home we stayed in couldn’t have been more comfortable and cozy. Memories were made, spending time with the family was great and it was hard leaving. We will definitely be back to make some more memories.

We did not stay there. Were unable to access the unit . We could not contact the property manager to resolve the issue and consequently had to make other arrangements for our stay in the area, . We have contacted both VRBO and through them to VACASA property managers and have had not had any followup . Totally Frustrated and disapointed in the process

Mostly great, some privacy issues
The location was excellent, close to Bromley, Manchester, Dorset, Bondville. The condo was clean and had lots of beds and kitchen stuff. We had a few issues: the sliding door on the main floor bathroom didn’t close properly so there wasn’t much privacy when using the bathroom; in the master bedroom there wasn’t a door on the master bathroom at all, so no privacy when showering or using the bathroom; on the ground level the room with a queen bed had a sliding glass door leading outside but no curtain or shade on the door so a person would be in that bedroom and anyone walking outside on the path would be able to see right in. Also the condo had only a knob lock, no deadbolt, so it didn’t feel very secure. If these things were addressed I would give it 5 stars.

Condo in construction site
Condo community undergoing extensive renovations. We were in the midst of the equipment and workers. The building number was on the ground and out of sight. There was not one word of information beyond the Wi-Fi password. Nothing about how anything worked. I called Vacasa and was promised assistance that never came. There were literally workers on ladders looking in our windows the last morning. I would never have booked this condo had I any indication of the situation. I have responded to Vacasa’s request for feedback in some detail concerning the issues inside the unit. I have booked with VRBO several times over many years and thought I could trust you. I’m extremely disappointed.

It could have been so nice but…
This condo is very nice, and could have been very comfortable place for my family to stay as we visited Vermont. Unfortunately, when we arrived at Bromley College, we drove around for a long time looking for our unit. When we finally figured out that it was the one in the middle of the construction zone where they were Putting new roofs on all the condo units we discovered that the sign I’ve been taken off the front and laid sideways against the building. We stepped over debris from roofing and enter the condo to find that the toilet bowl in the upstairs bathroom has been clogged and no one cleaned it. Yes, it was full of someone else’s business! Pretty disgusting and I’m inviting to come into it. Left us feeling like the rest of the condo hadn’t been cleaned actually. So after we cleaned and unclog the toilet, we attempted to communicate our dissatisfaction with Vacasa, who manages this property. They were not responsive to any of our messages, I’m even wondering if it was a human responding to us. Nothing was addressed, but we made the most of our visit. It is a beautiful area and we filled our days with adventures and basically slept there at night. I understand fully that it is the off-season in summer, and that there may be work going on, but a little communication would’ve made a world of difference. It would’ve been nice if I could’ve been in touch directly with the owner. If the condo had been more inviting this would be a better review.

The condo is superb, very clean, and comfortable. We had a perfect stay for our quick vt weekend. The only issue is upon our arrival the electronic lock on the front door did not work. This was pretty aggravating, especially at 9:30 at night in the dark with two young kids who have had enough of the 3 hour car ride. Thank goodness though Home Away provided us a support number which someone actually answered the phone and helped us. They called the Bromley office and someone quickly came and gave us a key to let us in, which we used for the remainder of the weekend because the electronic lock was still broken. I want to please remind property owners to make sure everything is in working condition before occupancy. That was the only rub, outside of that the place is really superb and recommend to anyone looking to stay at Bromley.

This a great comfortable condo with all amenities that you will possibly need. There is plenty of parking, and you can walk to the mountain to hike to the top. It's quiet, safe, and a great starting point to visit Manchester and Weston. There are many places to hike such as Lye brook, Equinox, Killington, and many others.
The Bromley market is 1.25 miles down the hill where they have great smoked ribs and chicken.

Cozy condo
Any negative reviews I had I left for the owner.
The unit itself is very pretty and cozy on the main floor. It is very bright and open. We couldnt get the fireplace to work although maintenance came the next day to fix for us. It just needs TLC downstairs some cleaning in others and repairs need to be made in certain areas. We alerted them of what we noticed so we would not be held responsible.
If u book with affirm make sure you include pet fee if you have a pet. If you don’t it will cause you a delay in the check in process.
Other then that we had a relaxing weekend since the conditions were not good at all to ski!

Great area for activities
We stayed for a wedding weekend at Seesaw lodge! Great location! We had a dog with is and so the property was perfectly dog friendly … clearly dogs frequent the place as there was visible dog wear and the rugs.
I would recommend a shower liner in there showers because they are moldy without one.
Had a showers draining issue that was resolved very quickly by a property manager…. Thank you!
