Near EVERYTHING Sunriver has to offer and away from the railroad tracks. Keep in mind when you are booking where the tracks are on the West side of Sunriver. We are perfectly located in Sunriver for EASY and safe trail access for a walk or bike ride in any direction you choose. Our home is in a quiet and safe culdesac for kids and pups to play! Easy walking/ biking distance to Sharc and the tubing hill, and the Village. A gorgeous walk to the river.

THE HOUSE: Everyone that has visited our home loves our place. House SLEEPS 8 with BEDS for all and has 3 bedrooms AND 3 full bathrooms. NO Sleeper Sofas! Bedrooms well spaced out for privacy. Hot Tub, Barbecue, excellent WIFI, 4 great bikes! Fully Enclosed Deck space keep your pups with you while your family enjoys the deck area. Two deck areas and two outdoor dining spaces. House is located in a quiet ‘ local traffic only’ culdesac. Note: Our bunk beds have a weight limit of 225 pounds but are best suited for young children/small adults. We do not provide a high chair or pack n play for infants/children.

IN SUNRIVER: Sunriver is an incredible vacation destination! There are miles of paved trails to walk, bike and explore, golf courses to enjoy, Fort Rock Park a 3 minute walk away and the river a nice walk. Walk/Bike to Sharc and the Village or the river. Excellent location! You can do a different walk or ride every day! Hike to Benham Falls or ride bikes to Lava Lands. Ride to Sharc or the Village on safe paths among the trees and away from the road. Perfect for your family.

CLEANING: We put the same level of care and detail into this home as we do our own primary residence and we want you, your family and your dog(s) to be comfortable here. KITCHEN: NEW APPLIANCES! Our Kitchen has all basic cooking supplies as well as wine/martini drink ware. We also have a NEW Weber barbecue and BBQ supplies. In addition to two drip coffee makers, there is also French Press and a Keurig available for your use so bring your favorite pods if you like! The kitchen also has a big crock pot for family cooking on cool winter nights and large pots to cook family meals. We have an additional refrigerator in the garage for beer, sodas or anything else you need stored for an extended stay.

Sunriver Rules: No parties. Quiet hours after 10 PM

During your stay, you will have access to the owner via cell, and our local cleaning service and our local management/handyman for any issues that would come up during your stay. Our hot tub service will come regularly during your stay and we have plowing removal services for our driveway as needed.
PARKING: There is room for 3 vehicles. Sunriver doesn’t allow boats or RVs to be stored on driveways. Please allow 3’ of space from street to garbage bins so garbage can be picked up on Fridays. Thank you.
