« Overall a great stay. Friendly staff, nice room and nice food. Comfy bed. Great location. Parking was difficult. The room was very warm and there wasn’t a thermostat to make it cooler. Even after turning the radiator off it was still uncomfortably warm (it was early April, outside temp around 10 degrees). We asked at reception and they confirmed that the room didn’t have a thermostat. The people in the room above us made quite a lot of noise and there was little sound proofing (very creaky...

« 2nd stay at Eyre Court... room was excellent, staff were lovey and friendly and breakfast was plentiful, fresh, delicious and all you expect of a breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and we really enjoyed our 2nd stay.. Only down point is the parking is limited.. My sister walks slow and with a stick and people who are just using the pub use the parking. I personally think you should have allocated parking if you are staying in the Eyre court. »

« When we walked in the room at 9.45pm the room was freezing cold, we found the radiators and turned the heating on but at 11pm the heating went off and didn’t come on again until the morning which meant we was cold all night. Plus there was a clear draft coming through the main front door and from the bathroom. When we looked around the room there was black mould by the front door and around the bath. « The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing. »
