"We stayed for one night. We booked a family suite and my kids, aged 4 and 6, had an adjoining room all to themselves, which they thoroughly enjoyed. The room was clean and well maintained. Victoria was so very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast next morning was lovely. The hotel is at a great location, with the beach just 2 minutes away and lots of shops and cafes just next door. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Staff were friendly and approachable, nothing to much trouble. Room was spacious but with a small on suite. On are stay weather was lovely, which made room very hot at night even with a fan. Breakfast had a good buffet selection of hot and cold items. Cooked breakfast was lovely. Free parking available, small car park, but we had no issues in parking during are stay."

"Excellent location with generous double room facing the sea. Staff worked on our behalf with enthusiasm, efficiency and good humour always. We enjoyed perfectly prepared meals in a relaxing setting with characterful references reminiscent of Beer’s fishing heritage. The building was tired, externally and internally."

"The house was perfect for a special birthday celebration with friends and family. All the bedrooms are generous with a bathroom each. Upstairs the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was very clean. Had a fantastic time It needs prosecco glasses"

"Great location and really lovely laid out cottage. All bedrooms were a good size and kitchen well equipped. The garden is perfect for dogs but it is not directly opposite the cottage - so you need to accompany your dog. Take a torch for the path at night. Would book again."

"Fantastic location. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Pubs and shops on the doorstep. House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking was a bit of an issue during busy periods, had to drive around for a while until a space became available.Would definitely stay again."

"A wonderful stay at the Meadows. The property was perfectly sized for 6 adults and 2 small dogs. The kitchen we found to be very well equipped and easy to use. The location of the property was in walking distance of all of Beer and great walks around. Would definitely stay again! "

"Stayed at 'The Bowling Green', Seaton over Easter. The apartment was absolutely PERFECT for the 2 of us. Fantastic location and the apartment itself is spacious and was spotlessly clean. Amber and Laura were prompt in responding to the questions that we had and are extremely courteous and knowledgable. GREAT view of the bowling green AND the sea. We couldn't have asked for anything more. If you're a couple looking for a break and like cliff-top walks, pubs, the sea and just chilling, then you will not go wrong by selecting this accommodation. Thank you"
