Great location! Room was a very nice size and quite comfortable. Vintage room had lots of character as well as the entire hotel. We stayed for the breakfast and it was quite good, fresh pastries were amazing. The hotel staff did excellent considering they were obviously understaffed for the morning rush!

Choose your room carefully. The comfort plus rooms are at the front looking over the village high street (this is the plus part) and the other rooms overlook each other or the car park and/or the outside terrace. The bar was really nice as is the building and the staff were very good and helpful.

Really nice pub-hotel with decent rooms. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. We stayed 1 night whilst walking the coastal path - it was perfect for that.

Very convenient hotel in centre of town. Onsite parking, nice big rooms and nice bed. No aircon, but staff went out of their way to provide a fan on request! Good breakfast. Large outside seating area, but unfortunately next to the car park so not very atmospheric. Entertainment provided by lots of seagulls - guard your chips!

Perfect, clean family room with separate sleeping areas, it offered plenty of space for two teenagers and two adults. Lots of storage so ideal for a longer stay. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. There was an additional wardrobe space for extra storage too. The breakfast area was again clean and spacious, plenty of tables to choose from. The menu offered a good variety including vegetarian and vegan options, hot food was cooked to order but there was also a buffet on offer with fruit, yoghurts, pastries and cereals. The cooked breakfast was very filling and the pancakes were enjoyed by our teenagers! The staff were very welcoming and friendly, took us to our room and explained everything to us. The bar area was spacious and had different cosy areas and bars including an outdoor seating area. There was also an outdoor bar available on the one evening. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.
