"Hannah and Kendal were extremely helpful to us when confused with booking, Hannah rearranged everything to suit our needs, thank you Hannah. Everything from start to finish was really great and made our diamond anniversary break even more special for us. Even the weather was good so we could go out and about with no problem. "We were welcomed by Steve and Heidi when we arrived and shown to our room which was very clean and well laid out. Breakfast was superb, quality food and well cooked. The staff were very friendly. Parking was easy and on site. The Bedroom and Bathroom could benefit from a shelf to put toiletries on. We would definitely recommend Hills Farm and we will definitely return too. "Lovely location just above the beach in Beer. Nice pub/hotel with a choice of drinks and food. Food was very nice and not too pricey! Only drawback was no parking on site. Council carpark around the corner which is free from 6pm until 8am, but needs a ticket from 8am onwards. The only negative thing with the hotel. Lovely beer garden opposite hotel overlooking beach."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Brooksyde. The house is a real gem in a lovely location, super clean and comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything with a wonderful selection of books, board games, and lots more to entertain on a rainy day. The kitchen has an array of cooking equipment and is scrupulously clean. Likewise, the bathroom was spotless and the bedrooms are all comfortable and we slept well.There are places to eat on the doorstep, the pebble beach is a 5 minute walk away (if that), and there are some independent shops.The keyless entry is a great idea; no more worrying about losing a key or getting locked out! Overall, this accommodation is a perfect base for exploring the sights or having a lazy day in Beer. We would highly recommend it ."

"Penny was excellent. She was communicative. We had a friend staying on the sofa and her property manager was very responsive and we had sheets delivered very quickly. The home is just as advertised, picture perfect and situated in a very picturesque village. Thank you for being a great host!"

"Great location and really lovely laid out cottage. All bedrooms were a good size and kitchen well equipped. The garden is perfect for dogs but it is not directly opposite the cottage - so you need to accompany your dog. Take a torch for the path at night. Would book again."
