"This older property suffers from substantial deferred maintenance and a desire to cut costs. Two examples are unscrewed (not missing) lightbulbs above the bathroom sink and a shower that would not turn on. There was absolutely no water. I acknowledge this is a 2 star propoerty, however, the low price does not offset the inconvenience. "

"Another amazing trip to the River Bungalow! We absolutely love staying there and it has all the amenities one could need. We have stayed several times and would highly recommend. Several great restaurants nearby, and Native Fishing Charters in the same neighborhood, who were absolue amazing!"

"This is a magnificent place to stay in the Crystal River area. It is practically 20min or less to everything/everywhere we wanted to visit to sight see and explore the beauty of the springs and parks. The room was very clean upon arrival. Maybe I overlooked it but there didn’t appear to be any extra trash bags, and no way to iron clothing if needed. That’s not a complaint just a small surprise. We were only there for two nights so not really needed just wanted to mention it. The bed is comfy but very firm for what we were used to but again not a complaint just a heads up to anyone that’s not a fan of firm mattresses. The neighbors are all very friendly even Tucker the sweet old dog next door. My family would love to stay here again and have already shared the link to this property with several friends that are now interested in coming to this area after seeing all the beautiful pictures we took. "
