This 3 bedroom house with terrazzo floors has a wonderful view of Indian Lake from the living room and dining room/sunroom with 2 sets of glass sliding doors. Separated bathrooms make it perfect for early risers to sit and have their first cup of coffee while everyone else sleeps. Wooden Dock for fishing and docking your boat. All the conveniences of home are provided. Boat ramp (required to pay a fee) 100 yards away. It was simple yet comfortable. It had everything we needed to have a great week scalloping. The ride from the house to the open water was not far (normal distance from anywhere in Crystal river to get to open water). The ramp was very close which made it easy to get our boat in the water. This is a comfortable and relaxing home with large windows to view the river. A sea otter swam by the dock along with several manatees and a dolphin. We enjoyed the evenings fishing off the dock and watching the boats. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and dishes were provided. June was a wonderful host, very helpful and responded quickly. If you're looking for a small town with plenty of good restaurants and several springs to visit this house is in a great location. June was fantastic, quickly answering any questions that I had before we arrived. After a long day of flying cross country we got in to the house after dark, and the directions were super easy to find the house. When we woke up in the morning, the view was wonderful! I had a cup of tea and just watched the water from the sunroom (this became the morning ritual!) My teen boys loved watching for turtles, fish, and breaching manatees out back. The house is close to everything (shopping, groceries, great food, fun places to visit, etc). All of the beds were really comfortable, the neighborhood is nice and dark at night, and it’s quiet! Coming from the country we really appreciated the lack of noise. The house has everything you need and feels loving and loved in.
