Access the the bay area beaches, pier fishing, sea wall, restauants, short drive to ocean access breaches. House had everything needed. Well decorated. Loved the plants and patio. « The water system in the town is known to be VERY dingy, so much there was black rings in toilet , orange taint under faucet in tub.. concerning when showering. Luckily, they were aware and didn't charge for the grime the water left on their white towels. I enjoyed the set up, but main reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is the astronomical deposit, which is only casually mentioned in listing (Expedia).. 1.5k!! And takes over 2 weeks to get back.. if 2 weeks without 1500 isn't inconvenient, then...
