"We chose this area as it’s close to Heathrow and the perfect launching place for our touring holiday in England. This Holiday Inn is clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. On arrival we grabbed a snack in the bar before retiring for the night. Breakfast in the morning was a full English breakfast to help us start the day. "It would have been 5 stars. However sadly one very rude member staff. Who thought the way to deal with an issue was to ignore what the customernwas saying and instead make inane comments.
