![We were at the end of our Panama/Costa Rica trip and had actually just decided to cut it short because I was starting to feel sick. But we had this last hike to try out and I was just hoping both that I would feel well enough and also that our car would be able to make it back on the very steep gravel road back from the parking spot (after almost getting stuck around Monteverde earlier on the trip). As we’ve been getting used to we were first to arrive so we had this awesome place completely to ourselves for a little while in the morning before other tourists started to drop in. It really felt like a fairytale. « I had an amazing stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the two toucans that visited us in the morning. They were flying around, perching on the trees, and watching us while we relaxed on the terrace. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique getaway! »

The pictures of the driveway are also misleading, it is extremely steep. Other than that the place was great and great communication and value for price. »

« We had an exceptional experience at Canavida. Jess communicated with us well in advance and gave us the details for a smooth checkin, many recommendations for activities, restaurants and local spots. She was communicative throughout our stay. The property is breathtaking, with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The amenities had everything we needed, including an outdoor grill for a nice home cooked dinner. We are already planning our trip to Canavida for next year and plan to stay even...
