« We wanted a quick getaway from the city and we were interested in seeing the troll sculptures around the Detroit Lakes area. This spot gave us the perfect homebase for a family of 3 for a 3 night stay. And our little dog enjoyed getting to come along. The farm landscape is beautiful, and feels private even with the main house just down the drive. The alpacas do keep an eye on you but that is definitely part of the charm and they were fun to interact with. »

« Absoultely beautiful place and location! Plenty of room for the family to spread out and have their own space and then all come together for meals and just hanging together. Even the 1yr old grandkid did well! Any communication we needed with the host received a prompt replied to and the one issue was immediately remedied.Definitely plan to come back for another family get together in the future! »

« The house is great, lots of room and things for the little kids to do. We did find some "debris " from previous people left uncleaned. We put some chemicals in the hot tub so we could use it and then had to leave early for a family emergency. Overall, the stay was very good. »

« Unsafe neighborhood, security door didnt work it just opens into the apt building just gross dirty inside mold in the coffee maker hair and scumall over the bathtub whole apt was unsafe for my visiting one yr old grandaughter. This had many saftey issues the air-conditioning was plugges into a broken outlet i felt very unsafe and dirty in this vrbo this wont let me submit pictures for some reason »
