The carpets are in need of cleaning and there were stains on the sofa, but otherwise everything was clean and we appreciated the two AC wall units as it was unseasonably warm when we were there. There is off street parking in a garage and the host provides a parking permit for a vehicle to park at a parking lot about a block away. We appreciate the host's communication and the location of the apartment.
