« Room was bare minimum, property was dated. It was not what I was expecting. We did not have a place to hang clothes or a dresser. Shelves under the TV were provided. I would not recommend. We were on the 2nd floor and had to lug our suitcases upstairs, there was no elevator. That information was not provided. »

« Most of the water park staff didn't seem to speak English and were so tuned in on the "routine" of counting and looking at the edges of the swim areas that they didn't seem to notice children that may have been struggling in the water. Bathroom tub drain was SUPER slow, room was just average for a "Family Suite", we had 3 and I can't imagine having 4 or more in a room that small. »

« Grounds were nice vending was lacking,pool was under construction, lack of laundry view was nice. Dish washer was not emptied when i arrived. Who ever did the painting needed to be fired there was paint overspray on everything. But all in all it was very comfortable. »

« We enjoyed our stay so much as always. The rooms were clean and spacious. My toddler had plenty of space to run around and nothing to break in his reach. The porch/deck had a WONDERFUL view. And the kids and the adults all enjoyed the options for waterparks. We can't wait for our next stay! »

« Nice property, a/c did not work the first night, but was fixed the next day. Our students mainly stayed here to use the waterparks. If we knew just how far away that was, we probably would’ve stayed in a closer building we averaged 12,000 to 15,000 steps a day, which did allow us to eat all the yummy food offered at the resort. »

« We stayed at Christmas Mountain in a Bluegreen Vacation Cottage. It was just the right size for our family of 4. We had fun playing mini golf, bingo and swimming at the resort and it was nice and close to all the attractions of Wisconsin Dells. I will plan to stay here again for our next visit! »
