« This location was an overall amazing stay! Nice and quiet, with a very cozy atmosphere both inside and out. Along with the homeowner, Mrs. Janet, being super responsive and attentive during the entirety of my stay. The next time I come back to Erwin, I'll have to make sure I book this location for my next stay! »

« Very nice property. If you want private and beautiful location, this is it. Nearest town to buy groceries is Burnsville so get what you need before heading up to property. The only improvement I can think off would be to screen off that corner of the front porch where the bed is….I would have slept out there but scared a spider might get me! »

« Wonderful and clean property, walking distance to all the charm Johnson City has to offer in a quiet neighborhood. Very well-equipped for cooking in or hanging out. Really great start to finish. Easy check-in, no issues with the door code which has happened in many of our previous VRBO stays. Good communication from the hosts. »

« Really enjoyed our stay. The place was as it looked, right next to a wonderful creek, with a large piece of flat land, great fire pit, and super convenient to town. Kitchen is stocked and good for cooking. Easy cleanup. Such an enjoyable spot. Will be returning when we can! »
