Not only does this attract wildlife, but our support staff has to collect the trash bags by hand. \- You will be charged an extra fee if they have to dig out loose items of garbage. \- Upon checkout, please make sure all trash from bedrooms, bathrooms, basement, and kitchen is collected and placed in the trash cans. Raise the red flag on the right side of the bear proof container when you have finished. PARKING We offer parking for up to three vehicles on the concrete pad directly in front of the house. If your group has more than three cars, please use the public parking lot in the town of Beech Mountain, located near the Public Works or Police Station—parking there is free of charge. It is about 3 miles away, not far at all. IMPORTANT: To avoid towing, please do not park on the street or in any unapproved areas near the property. This rental property had everything to offer our large family! Every person slept comfortably in a bed in cozy bedrooms! There were plenty of bathrooms available to use and get ready in. My parents were able to sleep in the queen bedroom right off the kitchen so that they did not have to climb stairs. The living spaces allowed us all to enjoy one another with plenty of seats.
