The staff put the customer first. They are knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about Bangkok. The gym has it all, and is well maintained. The food is expertly prepared, inexpensive, and brilliantly presented. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, and their espresso machine uses real high-quality beans. The room has cooking facilities, a high-quality Japanese toilet, a bathtub, a desk,,and a comfortable bed. The room came with drinking water, and you can refill purified water in the gym. They also have a gorgeous pool, and a cafe downstairs that makes epic espresso. This hotel is outstanding, and its staff are exceptional.

Rooms are a bit outdated especially the shower area. The lobby looks great as a 1st impression. Drawback to this hotel is the 950 feet you have to walk from the hotel entrance to the main street of Sukumvit Rd to get the BTS (watch out for speeding motorbikes).The hotel offers a free shuttle if you ask but it only runs from 10am to 7pm. You need to phone the front desk to have them come and pick you up from the main road. The staff was nice and friendly. TV channels had poor english programs to offer. I used my firestick and watched programming from the USA via my VPN connection. More than likely I will look for a closer hotel to get the BTS train on my next trip.

The hotel was very quiet at night and conveniently located right in the heart of Sukhumvit, which made getting around very easy. Everything was smooth and comfortable overall. My only real complaint is the bathroom setup. I don’t really understand the choice of having a bathtub with a very low showerhead, which sits around 1.5 meters high. As someone who is 2 meters tall, that was quite inconvenient. Aside from that, I had a great stay and slept really well.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located in a side street off Sukhumvit Road, which makes it pleasantly quiet both during the day and at night – a big plus in such a busy area. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped, including a kitchenette and a washing machine. This is especially helpful if you’re traveling in Thailand for a longer period of time and want a bit more independence and comfort. The only small downside for me was the shower. I personally don’t need a bathtub in the room, and as someone who is about 2 meters tall, the height of the rain shower head was quite uncomfortable, as it was installed roughly at chest level. That said, this minor issue was more than compensated by the incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful staff. In particular, I would like to highlight Khun Sasi James and Khun Jy Fourt Ya, who went out of their way to make the stay welcoming and pleasant.

The room was clean, the staff were all very good. Breakfast was always delicious choices. If you chose to go without housekeeping, you need to put the empty water bottles outside your room then they will replace them for you (I didn’t figure that out until the end of my 7 night stay!). Suntanning has to be in the morning - the sun leaves the pool early. Not sure that their bartender is trained - I had a margarita that was mostly undisolved sugar! Suggest stick with wine or beer. I tried most of the malls in the area I think and no luck for buying clothes until last day went to Terminal 21 mall and main floor came across an area that is all local shops instead of chain stores. Could have saved myself a lot of wasted time had I known to go here first!
