Very clean room very easy to get around town using Roam bus, included in the package. Friendly staff. The hot spring was the best. Love eating at Chili’s good food and all friendly staff.

First stay at the Fox and I would return. Loved the rooms and the separate sleeping and living spaces, the rock hot tub and the fireplace in the lobby. Staff were exceptional and the hotel was just a short walk from downtown Banff. Costs in Banff has skyrocketed but this was worth the price.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking. It was quiet. The room (we had a King Suite) was very spacious and comfortable. Having a Chili's Restaurant in the hotel was very convenient as we ate there a couple of times. Would stay there again.

Plenty of parking space available. The room was clean and well-maintained with daily housekeeping. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided free Banff bus tickets. We also really enjoyed the nice hot tub and the on-site restaurant.

What a fabulous choice in Banff. Centrally located within walking distance to literally everything. Dreamy comfortable beds, super clean, knowledgeable and helpful team members in all departments and a grotto style hot tub and sauna the helped us rejuvenate daily. I’m not sure if we will be back to Banff soon, but if we are then we will certainly stay here again. Bravo !!
