Our room was clearly renovated and was very clean and comfortable. Others’ reviews and the appearance of the hallway had us concerned, but our room was very nice and we had no issues. Parking was easy and readily available.
Extremely comfortable bed! Quiet despite being on Banff Avenue. Check in next door. Slightly dated but room was great. Easy parking. Roam transit directly outside. Recommended.
We had a very quiet room, spacious. No closet in the room, not additional drawer set of even a desk. Had to take the plastic chairs from the bacony to sit in any other place than bed. Had to clean thick coat of dust (towel was grey) off the top of bed fram and lights above bed.
Staff was helpfull, though. Check in and check out flawless. Appreciated the parking spot in Banff.

Obviously, not a 5 star kind of hotel but it was fine. In a good location, no staff, check-in was next door which was fine. Overall, just an overpriced okay place to stay because Banff is an expensive place. Was easy to walk to just about everywhere in town. No real complaints if one is not expecting much. Was relatively clean, although you still don't want walk on the carpet in bare feet.
Great location. Bed comfortable. Very dated. Microwave and kettle but no plates or cutlery. Had to turn off air conditioner because too noisy. Some leaks/wet carpet in hallway. Staff not helpful.
Great location, large rooms, comfortable beds, large hot tub.

Room was better than expected, quite spacious, nice high ceiling and had little balcony overlooking Banff Ave. Very pricey for what it was, but that's what you get in Banff during peak season I guess. Great location to centre. Parking was also great.
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Walking distance to Banff ave

Clean room, building and rooms could do with a little updating. The coffee machine in our room did not work and the pods they have for us to use were limited. Good use of a fridge and staff were very helpful. Location was excellent.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The location was convenient and close to many attractions, which made our trip hassle free. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Great value for money compared to what you can find in banff.
Hotel is a bit dated, as well as equipment, but overall we had a great stay and experience was better than expected. Location is amazing 5 min from downtown and all necessities.
I will stay here again.
Hot tub after a day of hiking was much appreciated.
