The customer service employees were not knowledgeable. There was an issue with my folio at check-in and instead of resolving it in the morning, I was awoken by an extremely loud phone call to tell me to come down to the front desk. I had just went to bed after a long flight. Please note this hotel is in one of the best location in Banff.

Lovely place to stay within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Nice and clean and visually appealing. Views of the mountains surround. Easy access and parking. All the staff were extremely nice especialy Mirabel at the front desk. Sit by the roaring fire and relax.

This was excellent! Perfect 2 minute walk to downtown Banff. Bus right outside, roam transit. Coffee shop next door White Bark was excellent. Hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer, room was great, balcony view was lovely and property parking was easily found and free with lots of spaces. Loved it!

The on site restaurant staff is not effective. They saw us waiting to be seated but didn’t talk to us until we gestured them multiple times. The location is very convenient.

Property was great ! It’s clean and quiet and close walking to everything on the strip with free bus transportation! The ONLY thing that needs to be fixed is the tiles around the pool area. Practically all tiles are loose and could cut or pinch you. My fiancé pinched her leg when she sat up out of the hot tub.

Loved the coziness of this hotel from the wood-burning fireplace in the lobby to the Cornerhouse in the courtyard and rooftop firepit. The Rocky Mountain Soap Company toiletries are an added bonus!

Property is incredible and the experience of walking in is great. Checking in staff was not friendly at all. Quite rude and quite ignorant. Check out was very helpful and respectful.

Beautiful property but poor service in hotel’s restaurant. We waited for 30 min for water and menu, asked the waiter for service at which point she said she would be right there and we still waited another 10 min. We left walked across the street to a different hotel and had awesome Italian food at place called the meatball.

This was my absolute favorite hotel I have ever stayed at! It’s so beautiful, feels like you are in a chalet. The roof top hot pools are amazing. The spa was so peaceful and relaxing. I had a pedicure and it was perfect! There is nothing I can say negative about this place. The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast too.

We love this hotel, its like a chalet feel in the middle of Banff. Very warm and welcoming with amazing amentities like the pools and hottubs. The location is very convenient and beautifuk, excellent staff.

We got the 1bedroom, king bed suite. Super cute, very clean. Everything you needed. Very quiet. Reasonably priced. In the evening, when more people were out and about, you could hear them on the street from the livingroom. It wasn't an issue. The bedroom wasn't on the street side so it was super quiet. The hotel staff were great. Very friendly and so helpful. Had free parking in the garage below the hotel. Very convenient and easy access. One evening we ordered room service from the onsite restaurant Pacinis. Arrived quickly by a wonderful young man. We ordered the Grilled chicken Rosmairno and the Pizze e duetto(half size pizza & a half size of pasta). All were delicious! It was very walkable to town from the hotel. Banff is a magical place. Mountains around every turn. The people in Banff were some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. There's such a diversity of people from all around the world there. Banff should be on your bucket list. You will not be disappointed. We went the beginning of May. I found the weather perfect.
