« It's hard finding a place to stay when in the US, but we kept coming back to this spot on VRBO. It was fantastic, so quiet & scenic & Paul & his family were lovely, so friendly & had lots of suggestions on what to do. The cottage was extremely clean, & being it was a chilly night so we lit the fireplace, how nice was that! The bathroom was great, we will absolutely stay there again. We also bought some few range eggs from them; such a lovely find. »

« We enjoyed our stay! Discovered we had lots to learn about how things work in the UK, and Raymond was great to respond to every question. We were a 3-generation family group of 7. The stairs were a bit challenging for me (the matriarch, with balance problems), and having 1 bathroom worked for the short stay that we had but might be challenging for a longer stay with this many guests. Hospitality was great! Raymond & Brenda had a welcome sign with all our family names on it; took a picture of it....

« I cannot even put into words how warm and welcoming this VRBO felt. The guest house was beautifully crafted and put together. It didn’t seem like a cheap renovation at all. They put a lot of money and thought into the finishes of this home. Everything was so cozy and comfortable. I don’t think I’ve had a better experience staying at a VRBO. »

Unfortunately, poor access to hot water, a dis-jointed kitchen with only a microwave/hot plate and kettle with sink in another room and poor quality mattress/pillows ….all situated next to the wafting smells of the cattle yard. A great possibility but it needs more work to be a quality...
