« We had a family gathering of 15, ranging from 17 to 78, the house was fabulous; the setting couldn't have been better. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do. We went to a fish boil, took family pictures on our own beach with the lighthouse in the background, played pickleball, cornhole, went kayaking, took in a play, walked to the lighthouse, made meals at home, went out to eat two or three times, took hikes in the state parks, and just hung out as a family and played games...

« Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water. The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands...

« We all had a wonderful time, it is in a great location. Perfect place to relax! We had two older teen boys with us and even they had a great time! They lived in the kayaks, they fished from them and also from the dock. We all enjoyed the game room and yard games. The coffee bar was a nice little perk, especially on the chilly mornings. My husband and I took a bike ride around the neighborhood and everyone was so friendly. We would absolutely recommend the Lake Haus! »

« This place is truly something special! We loved falling asleep the gentle lull of the waves in the harbor. The boat and harbor house were well maintained and had a charming, nostalgic vibe.
