"All ok but the internet was so slow that even downloading emails was a challenge. Basically non-existne,t and not just for a day but in general. This really made my stay painful. Please change it before I ever come back, the location is very convenient for me."
"Apartments are really great! I love that they’re so friendly, especially Patrick and Fred. They were beyond any kind of kindness I’ve ever received in Kampala and I’ve been here for 7 years. They treated and greeted us like family every day. We were there for a week.
The apartment itself was beautiful and clean! I’d just let ppl know that you need to buy your own dish soap, sponge, etc. it is an apartment not a hotel per say. But it’s SO worth it!

"The location is outside of kampala and only a supernarket accross the dtreet mo other fscility sround the srea. They have nice room and gave a new gym build in their backyard. But you sre 40 minutes or more to sny other facilities."

After paying she lost the money somewhere and she start accusing me that I have taken the money. I ask her to give the number of the manager she refused. After I got the number myself from internet and I called. to request to be refunded my money. the boss apologies and she went and she got the money and pays me. It took us 1 hour at the reception "

"We had another lovely stay at Hilton Garden Inn this week, the staff are so attentive and helpful, especially Collins and Wilson, but there isn't one member of staff who did anything less than their best to ensure that we had a good stay. My children love it here and the addition of a rollaway bed makes it much more comfortable for all of us. I was not charged for this which compared to other hotels we have stayed in during our trip is brilliant and so thoughtful. It does not take much to set these beds up and makes such a difference to families who can struggle to find hotel rooms to accomodate multiple children.
We stayed either side of a visit to Murchison and the hotel was happy to store my luggage for the 2 days we were away, even offering us a complimentary breakfast for our last few days as I had mistakenly left this off our second booking.
It's perfect walking distance to Acacia Mall and easy for all the nice restaurants in Kololo and surrounding areas.
We will definitely be back again next time we are in Kampala!"
