No shade as pictured which would have been greatly appriciated in the Texas heat. Bed was squeaky but comfortable enough. Plenty of room in downstairs bedroom for kennels and me. Overall it was close to home and would stay again if needed. »

All neighbors friendly and we felt very at home! Being originally from New Orleans, it had the vibe we love with a fun, calming beachy twist! « Came to the cottage for a girls weekend. Everything was good. Only two things to mention, as I'm not sure they're described on the listing. There is no ice machine or ice trays to make ice. We had to step out to get some, which was no huge deal, just something to note. Also, there is a TV in one of the bedrooms, not both. Again, not a huge deal for us, but may be important to some. Overall, this was a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The location is fabulous! »
