The upgrades: decking, countertops and backsplash and flooring all look great! However, do not book on VRBO due to a lower price as you will be charged more than the price listed. Our confirmation showed a ceratain amount for the week. We were charged more than that by Surf or Sound and a fee from VRBO. We spent weeks trying to correct this and received some long explanation regarding pet fee, which was included supposedly in the VRBO confirmation. Save yourself the time, money and stress by not booking on VRBO as you will be redirected to Surf & Sound and at their leisure to charge whatever they want + the VRBO fee. ##### Leigh W.
