The courtyard has a private gated entrance that leads you into a plaza of water features, sea art sculptures and access to the secured parking garage. This luxury condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage and is located on the second floor, above the Avila Wine & Roasting Co. (San Miguel & 1st St).

Note on sleeping arrangements: This condo is a studio-style layout with a queen bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the same open space. There is no partition or privacy panel between the two sleeping areas.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.
