Stroll just steps to the Bay for spectacular sunrise or sunset, or enjoy the spectacle from the deck. The charming village of Baywood is just over a 1/2 mile walk, with a wonderful Monday farmer's market, charming restaurants, small pier and boardwalk along the Bay. So many incredible preserved open spaces to explore. The community just acquired the cherished Cuesta Inlet to preserve the space for boats, people, and their dogs to stroll the bay pemananetly. 4 miles from Montana De Oro with sweeping vistas and miles of beaches, bluff and upland trails. Hiking, mountain biking, and artists come from everywhere to enjoy this unblemished terrain. There is so much to do for those who appreciate the unexploited California Coastal experience. Travel by Kayak across the Bay to the Dunes. The home has been recently redecorated and updated, but not yet completely remodeled. The cabinets are oak and the counter tops are tiled. If you are looking for high end modern, this would not be the place. The home is unapologetically circa 1986\. We just added a large back deck with awning to enjoy the backyard on foggy mornings or misty nights. There is a $150.00 cleaning fee and a 10.00 per day extra guest fee after 2 guests. So happy we got to meet her in person. The house is everything that you could want it to be, the hot tub is hot, the location is next to a nature preserve so it’s quiet and you can hear the birds singing. The view from the backyard is of the Morro Bay rock and the back bay, which is just fabulous. This is our second stay here and we are hoping to come back again this year, my husband loves the proximity to two different golf courses, and my sister and I love the proximity to Montana Del Oro, where we love to walk. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped and there’s a bbq in the backyard. Kye provides just about everything you need for a wonderful stay. Even the bathrooms have lovely scented soaps. The beds are very comfortable as is the sofa and the house is cozy. Our host was on top of everything and quick to communicate back with me. She worked hard to resolve a problem with the dishwasher. The view from the deck and the hot tub is really special and we loved walking down to the nearby Boardwalk and spending a lot of time at Montana De Oro - one of our favorite spots. ##### nancy b. The house was exactly as advertised and just what we were looking for. Communication was quick and easy with the property manager. we loved the hot tub in the backyard, Watching the birds, a family of quail visited each morning. The proximity to sweet Springs was fabulous and we walked down each morning to see the birds. The house is well supplied with everything you need to cook, and there are plenty of supplies for whatever you need. The beds in both rooms are comfy and we slept well.
